During each opening, we only accept a limited number of commissions. Be sure to stay vigilant and watch out for when our commission slots become available!
Please note that commissions are not on a first-come-first-serve basis; rather, they are selected based on our preferences and choices.
If you're looking to get an initial estimate for your character, you can find a rough quote in the "Getting a Quote" section. However, please be aware that this estimate is not always the final and official amount. It may change once we have a detailed discussion about your commission.
Filling out the form & quoting
As previously mentioned, a quote represents the estimated commission cost. We have dedicated an entire page to quoting, so be sure to check it out!
To request a commission, please fill out the Google Form on the Commission page with detailed information about your character. Providing all the necessary details will help us avoid having to ask numerous questions repeatedly.
Don't forget to attach a proper REFERENCE SHEET of your character along with the form!
We kindly request that you only fill out the form if you are genuinely interested in commissioning us.
Once you submit the form, a select few clients will receive a message with a full quote. Upon sending the 1st deposit, you will be added to our queue.
If you are not chosen this time, don't be disheartened. We will still be here, and you may have a chance in the next round!
To secure your place in our commission queue, a 1st deposit of at least 35% of the total cost is required.
Here are two payment options:
Option 1 - Payment Plans
Once your commission is accepted, you'll receive an invoice for 35% of the final price to cover material costs and secure your spot in the queue. This amount is non-refundable. You can then choose to pay off the remaining balance in monthly installments, with a minimum deposit of €250 per month. If you can estimate how long it will take you to pay off the balance, let us know, and we'll assign you a proper place in the queue accordingly. If there's ever a situation where you need to skip a payment, please inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that you'll have 48 hours to pay off the material costs. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your commission, and another customer will take your place.
Option 2 - Full Payment
Alternatively, you can opt for a full payment invoice, covering everything except shipping. Working in order of payments received and complexity, a full payment will give you a higher place in the queue.
Keep in mind that your project will not be shipped until we receive 100% of the payment, including shipping fees.
The wait and preparation
The completion time for a costume can vary from a month to a year, depending mainly on our current queue and life circumstances. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as fursuit making is not our sole occupation.
For those who have commissioned a fullsuit from us, it's essential to provide a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD).
A DTD is a scale replica of your body crafted from duct tape, which helps us ensure the proper sizing for your costume.
Please make sure to send your DTD within 14 days of getting accepted.
Creating a DTD is easiest with assistance from someone else, as it can be challenging to do it alone accurately.
To ensure a good fit, avoid making the DTD too tight or too loose and make sure to perform a T pose with your legs spread apart
(but not too far) for better movement while wearing the costume.
Taking the time to make your DTD correctly is crucial, as it directly impacts how well the suit will fit you.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for poorly fitting suits resulting from a badly constructed DTD.
If possible, it would be greatly helpful if you could sign your name (Furry or RL) on the DTD to avoid confusion with others.
For those ordering partials instead of a fullsuit, the above information does not apply. If you have ordered arm or leg sleeves, we will discuss the required measurements with you through private messages.
As previously mentioned, the completion time for your costume can range from a month to a year or even longer, although our typical turnaround time is relatively quick.
To ensure a stress-free experience, we do not accept deadlines. If you have a specific date in mind for completing your suit, we recommend seeking an artist who can accommodate such requests, unless the date is at least a year away.
To initiate the work on your costume, we require a payment of at least 35% to 50% of the total cost. The costume will remain in our possession until it's fully paid.
During the creation process, we usually share Work In Progress (WIP) pictures on our social media. However, if you wish to keep your suit a secret for personal reasons or as a surprise, kindly let us know in advance. In such cases, we'll send you WIP photos privately.
We strictly adhere to copyright laws and will not create costumes based on copyrighted characters (e.g., Sonic, MLP, Pokemon, etc.) or characters that you don't own.
To ensure the colors are accurate, we will send you fur and fabric photos for approval. Please keep in mind that some colors may not be available in all fabrics, and there might be slight variations in hue from your character's fur. Rest assured, we will do our best to match and find the closest colors possible.
For each new suit, we offer a 6-month warranty period during which all repairs are free. You'll only need to cover the shipping costs.

To proceed with shipping, please provide us with your LEGAL name (not your furry name) and the necessary shipping information.
Once we have everything, your character will be on its way to you in no time!
For the shipping cost, we'll request the payment after we've received a quote from the postal service. So, please ensure you have some extra cash on hand for this purpose.
As we are based in Croatia, we offer international shipping to all countries. However, please be aware that international shipping costs can be substantial and, in some cases, even match the product's price!
Shipping expenses will vary greatly based on your location, ranging from €35 to €200 or more.
For instance, shipping to the USA typically costs around €75, while shipping within Europe is approximately €35.
Once your package is dispatched, we will promptly share a tracking number with you. However, it's essential to understand that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over its handling.
Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping, nor for any customs or additional fees you may have to pay.
