HOW TO COMMISSION
During each opening, we only accept a limited number of commissions. Be sure to stay vigilant and watch out for when our commission slots become available!
Please note that commissions are not on a first-come-first-serve basis; rather, they are selected based on our preferences and choices.
If you're looking to get an initial estimate for your character, you can find a rough quote in the "Getting a Quote" section.
However, please be aware that this estimate is not always the final and official amount. It may change once we have a detailed discussion about your commission.
Filling out the form
and quoting
To request a commission, please fill out the Google Form on the commission page with detailed information about your character. Providing all the necessary details will help us avoid having to ask numerous questions repeatedly.
A reference sheet is mandatory unless you're ordering an artistic freedom suit or premade design.
Repeated submissions of the same design won't increase selection chances. If your commission has been selected for this round of orders, you will receive the full price quote with all the additions you selected.
Given our high demand, we can only take on a limited number of projects at a time, and certain designs complement our artistic abilities more than others.
Please do not feel discouraged if your design is not chosen. We wish we could create all that comes through! We appreciate your understanding.
To reserve your commission slot once a price quote has been issued, a 30% non-refundable down payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the quote. If failed to comply within that time, your slot will be given to the next person. While we understand this payment period may be short, we kindly ask you to be ready in any case, materials go out of stock very quickly, and we would hate to have you wait several months for a color to come back in stock.

PAYMENT
All payments are in EUROS currency and will be made through Paypal, Bank transfer, Wise or Revolut. Cryptocurrency is NOT accepted. If you attempt to pay in cryptocurrency, you will be refunded immediately and blacklisted from future commissions.
For payments with Paypal we will charge an additional 3-6% fee for transfers, this covers what PayPal takes from us. For bank transfers there is no fee.
A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment is required to secure the client's commission spot as discussed. This amount is non-refundable.
You can pay off the remaining balance in monthly installments, with a minimum deposit of €250 per month. If you can estimate how long it will take you to pay off the balance, let us know, and we'll assign you a proper place in the queue accordingly. If there's ever a situation where you need to skip a payment, please inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that you'll have 48 hours to pay off the 30% downpayment. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your commission, and another customer will take your place
Alternatively, you can opt for a full payment, covering everything excluding shipping. Working in order of payments received and complexity, a full payment will give you a higher place in the queue.
Keep in mind that your project will not be shipped until we receive 100% of the payment, including shipping fees.
The wait Preparation and construction
The completion time for a costume can vary from a couple of months to a year, depending mainly on our current queue and life circumstances. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as fursuit-making is not our sole occupation. We do our best to complete your commission promptly.
To ensure a stress-free experience, we don't accept deadlines. If you have a specific completion date in mind, we recommend seeking a maker who can accommodate such requests, unless the date is at least a year away.
To begin work on your costume, an initial payment of 30% of the total cost is required, and the costume remains in our possession until fully paid. Throughout the creation process, we typically share Work In Progress (WIP) pictures on our social media. If you wish to keep your suit a secret, please let us know in advance, and we'll send you WIP photos privately.
We adhere strictly to copyright laws and refrain from creating costumes based on copyrighted characters or characters you don't own. (For example, MLP, Sonic, Pokémon...) These characters also do not represent our style, and we will not work with them.
For color accuracy, fur and fabric photos will be sent for your approval. Please be aware that certain colors may not be available in all fabrics, and slight variations in hue from your character's fur may occur. Rest assured, we make every effort to match and find the closest colors possible.
Each new suit comes with a 6-month warranty period during which all repairs are free, you will only need to cover shipping. Your satisfaction and the quality of our work are our top priorities.
For those commissioning a fullsuit, providing a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is essential. A DTD is a replica of your body crafted from duct tape, ensuring proper sizing for your costume. Please ensure you send your DTD within 30 days of acceptance, as shipping may take a while. The more you postpone making one the longer it will take to complete your suit!

SHIPPING
Shipping is done through Croatian Post
Great news! Your costume is now complete and ready to be sent to your home!
To proceed with shipping, please provide us with your LEGAL name (not your furry name) and the necessary shipping information. Once we have everything, your costume will be on its way to you in no time!
For the shipping cost, we'll request the payment after we've received a quote from the postal service. So, please ensure you have some extra cash on hand for this purpose. As we are based in Croatia, we offer international shipping to all countries. However, please be aware that international shipping costs can be substantial.
Shipping expenses will vary greatly based on your location, along with customs fees.
Once your package is dispatched, we will promptly share a tracking number with you. However, it's essential to understand that once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over its handling.
Please note that we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping, nor for any customs or additional fees you may have to pay.
